1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a membership on Performer Call (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Membership and Billing
Performer Call offers monthly ($12/month) and annual ($79/year) membership plans. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post false or misleading casting calls, scrape or systematically extract content from the Platform, share your account credentials, use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or harass other users. Performer Call reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (casting calls, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Performer Call a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. Casting calls sourced from third parties are attributed to their original source.
5. Scraping and Data Use
Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic downloading of Platform content is prohibited without written permission. Listing data is sourced from public platforms and attributed accordingly. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Performer Call is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including missed auditions or casting opportunities.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are waived.
