We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, password, performer profile information (location, skills, headshots, credits). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and casting calls viewed.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Performer Call, process membership payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription renewal notices), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Brevo (transactional email delivery), Stripe (payment processing — we do not store your card details), and Google Analytics (anonymous usage analytics).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and membership access. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Expired member data is retained for 12 months for analytics purposes, then anonymized.
Your Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, email privacy@performercall.com.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Performer Call subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. After your subscription expires, your account data is retained for 12 months per our data retention policy above.
